Digital downloads and the right of withdrawal
In the EU you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content that you download straight away, this right ends once the download starts, but only if you explicitly agreed to that at checkout and confirmed you understood you’d lose the right of withdrawal. Our checkout asks for this.

- File doesn’t work or is incomplete? We’ll fix it or refund you in full.
- Bought the wrong city? Contact us within 14 days and we’ll swap it.
- Accidental double purchase? Full refund for the duplicate.
How to ask
Contact us with your order number and the email address you used. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
