3. City Quests (digital products)

City Quests are digital downloads for personal, non-commercial use. You may print them for your own household or travel group. You may not resell, share publicly or republish them. Sales may be handled by a payment provider acting as merchant of record; its terms also apply to the payment. See our refund policy.

4. Play safely

Quests take place in public spaces. Watch out for traffic, respect private property and local rules, and supervise children at all times. You take part at your own risk.

5. Intellectual property

Texts, quest designs and the Pack & Quest brand are ours. Photos are used under their respective licences (see image credits).

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

7. Law

Dutch law applies. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory law of their country of residence.
